The Avocado show, is a place that offers tasty dishes both visually and gustatory, made from sustainable & socially responsible avocados. I had the chance to try the restaurant in Amsterdam, which make a note of, they go by cashless payments. They open daily from 9am to 5pm, and offer an incredible menu. (You can easily find their menus on their website) This is the place of your dream if you like the green softy. Think avocado and breeze avocado. Anything you think that wasn't possible is possible there; from avocado fries, to pancakes, to granola yogurt... Any combinations possible has been experienced there. This is an amazing surprise, the food was delicious, the staff was so caring and the price point is good too! The place to try if you are in Amsterdam (considering you can't book a table, go a little ahead of time and put your name on the list, go have a walk then come back when your table is ready). The food:Other than saying that everything was great, I can tell you that after eating like a pig for an hour, I didn't feel blotted. The food we had was healthy, and didn't feel heavy. -The very berry waffle: was freshly cooked, the taste of the batter, was perfectly flavoured; I recommend the waffle is you are looking for something sweet to have. -The avo garden: A bagel with hummus & flowers. This is your alternative avocado toast, this dish didn't feel heavy on the tummy, although, I would recommend that you ask for whole grain bread, instead of white, as it was harder for me to digest; but you do you, if you like white bread. -The avocado fries: Worth the price! You would only taste fries like these, at this place, and get the mango mayo, literally the best innovation!!! It wasn't heavy or oily, just incredible. -The bellissima bowl: The coconut yogurt was divine, super light and tasty. Honestly if there is one thing to remember from this place is that the food is so light and fresh; the staff is bomb but there is an eventual queue... This is a place you must try!
